It's definitely gotta be Temuera. IMO his face and voice have become so iconic with the series it'd be stupid not to.

The Stanley Parable? Heavy Rain? The Walking Dead? Etc.
Speaking as someone with pretty much no knowledge beyond what´s clearly shown in the films, I always liked Jango more.
There's not really enough personality shown by either of them to pick between them based on that, and the armour as worn by Jango looked a damn sight cooler. There's a time and a place for tattered armour, but I don't know that Star Wars is it.

Speaking of Boba, we did find out his backstory as the unaltered clone of Jango Fett, the primary donor of the Stormtrooper Project, back in Episode 2, though I dunno if they'll recap that in the movie or do a rewrite. Personally I don't remember my feelings on that part of Episode 2, since I dunno if anyone was wondering where the Stormtroopers came from; I thought it was assumed they were all just recruited Imperial soldiers back in the original trilogy, but turns out the Clone Army was where they came from.

clones deteriorate pretty quick, at the time of the galactic civil war the imperial army was primarily volunteer-based

There were only a few million clones. You had that on Earth probably during ww2. Have fun fighting over a thousand worlds with those numbers, most of all when some planets had trillion sized populations (Coruscant, Kuat being examples and even a moon like Nar Shadaa probably had a few billion.)

They didn't really imply anything about the Empire's military though. From books written before Episode II came out, it seems most EU authors were under the impression that the clones were fighting for themselves against the Republic or something and they wrecked everything and then cloning was abandoned forever because it was so destructive.

We do see him fistfight Obi Wan and kick his ass, which is pretty damn impressive considering Obi Wan is (I think) supposed to be one of the best. It must take guts to look at a guy holding a lightsaber and think "Yeah, let's go punch him in the face," never mind the skill to actually go punch that guy in the face.
There's also the clones themselves, though one could argue they were only superior because of numbers and not a genetic hatred of their enemy.
I guarantee the trailer will have shitty dubstep.
They should make a film about Boba's dad and call it Jango Unchained.
