the Rumor is is being written by Lawrence Kasdan. Who wrote Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. I think we should have a little more faith.
I hope they make it a darker star wars. I'd love to see a star wars given in R rating.
Yay
I hope they make it a darker star wars. I'd love to see a star wars given in R rating.
I'll be disappointed if I start seeing a lot of blood in Star Wars.
Wait so it it cannon that Boba was actually able to climb out of the Sarlacc Monster?
Star Wars has a canon 'hierarchy'. Basically everything is Canon (Unless it is stated otherwise) but somethings are more canon then others. Movies are the highest level of Canon, known as 'G-Canon' (G for George) There are some non-movie stuff that is G-Canon.. You know what I'll just link you to this handy Wookieepedia article.
A Star Wars movie not about jedi but about the whole universe? If this is done right, it will be amazing.
Mass effect the movie?
We do see him fistfight Obi Wan and kick his ass, which is pretty damn impressive considering Obi Wan is (I think) supposed to be one of the best. It must take guts to look at a guy holding a lightsaber and think "Yeah, let's go punch him in the face," never mind the skill to actually go punch that guy in the face. There's also the clones themselves, though one could argue they were only superior because of numbers and not a genetic hatred of their enemy.
Need to post this also.
Has Disney ever had anything under brand been rated R?
down and out in Beverly hills

He also hits his head off of Slave 1's door as a reference to Episode 4 where a Stormtrooper does the same, which IIRC was a blooper but they kept it in.
He didn't have his saber most of the time though
Yes because Jango knocked it away. Thats how good he is.
Yes because Jango knocked it away. Thats how good he is.
From afar with a rocket. Would have been better to see him knock it out hand to hand.
From afar with a rocket. Would have been better to see him knock it out hand to hand.
Satisfied?
Considering Star Wars is now a Disney franchise, I doubt he's gonna get the anti-hero portrayal.
Miramax were owned by Disney when they released Pulp Fiction.
I hope they make it a darker star wars. I'd love to see a star wars given in R rating.
Do you really like Plinkett reviews or something?
i really hate the perception that star wars is some kid's series it could definitely do with being a bit darker/more mature themed, and that doesn't have to mean prequel-style ~so edgey~

http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Canon
Wookieepedia is utterly ridiculous. Because of the way canon works they try to fit EVERYTHING into the timeline, even stuff that outright contradicts each other. That's why the article on Boba Fett says that he fell into the Sarlacc and escaped twice, because there were two pieces of story showing that he escaped the sarlacc. So instead of saying "okay, this got retconned by that", they said that both events happened and that Boba somehow fell into the sarlacc pit again after the first event.

Every one seems to be bashing Karen Travvis' books. While I agreed she overdid the sentiment in the last 2 books, and too many of the characters were too perfect as people, I enjoyed them and they offered a very different perspective on the clone wars. I'd love a republic commandos movies, although not based directly off the travvis books.
Just watch, every scene is gonna have some type of musical :v:
I feel so wrong saying it but I'd watch a cheesy musical retelling of the original trilogy. Just for the sheer ludicrousness of it. It'd be too dumb to pass up. like this one book I found that was A New Hope retold as a Shakespearean play.
Has Disney ever had anything under brand been rated R?
Disney actually makes a lot of R rated movies just under a different name aka Touch Stone aka Pearl Harbor But gore doesn't really belong in Star Wars I realize that might not be "under brand" but I just like to point it out to other people that everything Disney isn't flowers and sunshine
Need to post this also.
Plinkett reviews even fit this little scene. The whole fight added absolutely nothing to the development of the movie and on top of that he could've used the force to get his sword all the time but decides to do so only in the very end.
like this one book I found that was A New Hope retold as a Shakespearean play.
this sounds fucking magnificent
I never thought that a lot of the storm troopers are leftover clones. Maybe there'd be some here and there, but most of them are just ordinary people. I'm not a huge lore junkie for Star Wars though, so I may be wrong.
alot of the stuff considered canon in SW is awful and I'd like to think that they don't exist. Like the fate of revan & the exile etc
Not by itself but it happens to be one of the biggest clichés in storytelling history and it makes him seem like he has no will of his own 'cause he's just a clone of his bounty hunger dad IMO at least
umm cliche? Children taking the same profession of their parents is extremely common and has been extremely common since the dawn of civilization. [editline]5th January 2014[/editline] Also by the time of A New Hope most of the stormtroopers weren't clones. By the time of the Imperial Remnant almost none of them were clones. Considering this is Ep. 7 it's likely we're going to non-clone stormtroopers because it's going to be Imperial Remnant.
What if there's an alternate universe somewhere where the prequels are great and the originals are shit?

Leave numbered episodes to the Skywalker saga.
i mean yeah thats my point, a generic third person shooter with a star wars skin and a mediocre story. People were expecting way to much out of lucas arts
how do you know the quality of 1313s' story nobody has experienced it
