If by they, you mean me, yes. Many people wish death on others for idiocy all the time, with varying degrees of seriousness. If you don't believe me, go watch some dashcam videos. I dunno how it is in Sweden, but hoping someone gets hit by a bus is a very common sarcastic response to abject idiocy here. There's a very big difference between someone stating "I wish they'd just die" and "I'm going to kill them."
