Okay then, how about one outlawing Alcohol? Or maybe making it illegal for stores to sell M-rated video games? Oh, but that would some you're against! That's different! After all, everyone knows that tricking someone into signing something is only valid if it's something that Facepunchers would want!
What? I'm for cannabis legalization. It's not legally binding for a number of reasons, as I explained above.
Besides, the PM can't outlaw things via a contract, it must be passed through parliament.
He's a PM, he was likely signing what he thought was an autograph. You would be surprised how many people do shit like this with famous or important people to manipulate them with 'contract' shit, that is why there are laws against it.
Okay, but he signed a petition.
It was a private session with a fucking camera in the room. And if this is so common, he should be smart enough to check it before signing.
Henry Gatehouse was in my tutor at school, awwye.
Because we need more people walking around, clueless as to what's happening around them.
Recently I saw a blatant stoner get on the bus, but he didn't put his hand out... instead he ran in the middle of the road and pointed furiously for the bus to stop swerve around him and let him on. The conversation was funny though. Oh my god mah pepsi is everywhere *ssshllluuurrrrpppp*!

Wow someone is buttmad. This is a TV show so its going to be shown likely, yes, what is the purpose of your 'but it was private with a camera in the room (which kind of destroys the meaning of private)'?
And wow people fuck up get over it.
Also, the person that signed this petition was a spy.
automerge..
Also to be fair PM's seem to have most of their time occupied by work and fitting in things like this is probably a squeeze. Getting it over with as something more important than signing a petition, from a 17 year old, is on his mind.

You don't hand somebody a folded up paper when having a personal conversation to get an autograph, if Cameron had half his brain he's realize that something was going on.
if Cameron had half his brain
Well, uh, there's yer problem.

oh great wise CjienX we are not as WITTY and FOXY like such a man as yourself how can we ever shine to your greatness in the craft of wittiness and cunning????????
you are asspained, deal with it because people fuck up. you are making a drama about seriously nothing.
I like how you're putting words in our mouths to make yourself seem less stupid
Yeah but the thing is you have no argument
If anything you're mad that he signed a piece of paper without DOUBLE CHECKING (because holy shit every is so paranoid like you).
I have more argument than you genius, he signed the paper without reading it, that doesn't invalidate it.
By law he can invalidate it.
By law he can invalidate it.
It's more a demonstration of the fact he's not paying attention to the shit he does rather than that
and why the fuck do you have to throw so much shit around
By law he can invalidate it.
No shit, but him being an ignorant retard doesn't invalidate it, him using his power to cover up his mistake does.
Oh, I thought it was the guy who directed Avatar.
Its embarrassing to have people like him running our country.

One incident manages to make you think like that?
Under labour, there was no real attempt to get people out and working - now they must, and they know it. What damage has he actually done that can justify a statement like that?

Novelty accounts aren't funny when they were made for the thread.

Ah, you weren't meant to see that Mr. Cameron. You saw nothing. :v:
He wasn't told what he was signing, in order for a document to be legal, both parties need to know what's in said document. Not reading it, on Cameron's part, would also shoot it down.
cool i won't have to pay back my credit card as i didn't read the small print

Everyone fucks up sooner or later
What I'm trying to figure out is why this matters, he didn't unfold a piece of paper and suddenly its a huge problem? It feels like you're implying this is what he'd actually do with reference to new bills and statements while he is working in his office.

Yes

No, people said he shouldn't be held to it so I argued that he should. I've been using the exact same argument the whole thread seeing how you failed to come up with a counter-point, so I really don't see how you could have gotten confused.
And yeah, everyone fucks up sooner or later. But unless they have power, that fuck up stays on their record.

I would kinda assume the type of guy who blindly signs shit because hurrdurr he's a political celebrity probably doesn't actually read anything he's supposed to either.
Then again considering I'm in the country where it's a given that politicians don't actually read maybe I'm biased.
Cameron hasn't got the minerals to touch any drug stronger than paracetamol :colbert:
Didn't he admit to smoking weed when he was at uni or something?
Novelty accounts aren't funny when they were made for the thread.
Actually I saw the name was free and took it because he's cool. Don't be all mad because you didn't take it
How can it be proven that he falsely signed it?

Henry then unfolded the paper and held it out to the camera to reveal it was a petition he was starting. He said: “I did get them all to sign my cannabis legalisation notes, so I am just going to put ‘agreed by’.”
If you'd seen the program then you'd know it was a joke, surely, about retrospectively adding "Agreed by" (presumably scrawled in crayon) as some kind of future conversation piece.

That's relevant how? If anything that means that he DID know what he was signing.
