Anyone who would put his guns above his own family is a major asshole IMO. Isn't that the point of firearms to help protect one's family?
That should be the point of firearms, but the only person I have ever directly or indirectly known who actually used a gun to protect his family was my great uncle. He shot a man breaking into his home looking for a fight. Sadly, most people, like the prat in the OP, just like to have them to feel cool. I'd say that is the number one reason. Sometimes it is a conscious thing, sometimes it isn't, but that usually seems to be the primary motivation.
Fun fact: she played a zombie in walking dead
Actually she played a crazy lady who turned into a zombie by accident. mm irony, tastes like Texas.
"I didnt want to hurt anyone by sending them letters filled with fucking poison" "I just stabbed the guy 24 times in the chest, I didnt intend to kill him!"
"What's in this letter is nothing compared to what ive got in store for you mr president--"

"You will have to kill me and my family before you get my guns. Anyone wants to come to my house will get shot in the face."
...
"I never intended for anybody to be hurt-- I'm not a bad person. I don't have it in me to hurt anyone." "I do love my country, and I respect my president--"
Well that was redundant..
I'm honestly surprised that this doesn't happen way more often. People get worked up over some things, and if the internet (Youtube comments, I'm looking at you) were to believed there are a lot of people holding back on some crazy fucking urges.
Oh, it does. All of Obama's mail gets screened like fuck.
