congress is run by the MPAA... they will gut the safe harbors, digital formats, pass tons of sopa like bills and work expressly for more donations to their slush funds...no the FCC is bad only because congress didn't do a good enough job vetting the head of the FCC when he was appointed. also someone who worked for the agencies they are now in charge of should never have been nominated as head of the regulation body. the isps and cable companies have set up a self regulating machine, but gutting the FCCs power will only make things worse
