Cultural up bringing, stress placed on the individual by his/her society, siblings, parents and trusted close individuals in the context of religion and psychological issues That explains every fucking terrorist ever, they fight for a cause, are frequently mentally unstable and feel wronged in some way, and if from a young age taught to take their cause very very seriously then you have a ticking time bomb. No genetic base is required for this, it's all purely mental built from the ground up, not pre-manufactured.

But as his own personal opinion outside of everything official, I see nothing wrong with it. Except that I myself doesn't really agree with it.

His own personal opinion is fine and dandy, but in court you cannot ever just say your opinion. As an expert that opinion holds massive weight, and it needs to be based on evidence, even if it's a rape case where you're positive the guy done it, but the evidence isn't there for whatever reason.
