Holy shit you weren't kidding. I didn't know Rome was available on tablet. Does it run well?
Yeah it runs quite well on my iPad Mini 4; frame rate is smooth etc. The only downside is that the number of soldiers per unit is like half of what it usually is on PC, but as far as I'm aware, you can have the same number of total unit slots.
PC version is locked to 30 fps, has some major sound issues, and doesn't run well, if at all, on windows 10
It's probably locked to 30 fps because there are weird game issues otherwise. I know that some missions are impossible in Vice City unless you lock the frame rate, and I've heard the same with San Andreas. Usually fuck with vehicle speeds. Just a really bad side effect of bad programming practices.
Crazy that console games can now work on our phones
To be fair they managed to get it to work on a Wii
To be fair they managed to get it to work on a Wii
That's not really impressive considering its first release was on the PS2, which is a much weaker console.
