The article (click source, it's on a picture) mentions "enriched uranium" but doesn't say if it is highly or lowly enriched. The rest of the article talks about NK's masking techniques to sell it, and not the actual material. Seems like they're avoiding the topic of the actual material - propaganda at its finest.

Hey man, don't get me wrong, I fucking hate North Korea. My Grandma is from South Korea, and she fucking hates it too, because she actually lived through all the destruction it caused in the vietnam war era. I'd love to see Kim Jong get pulverized by a 2000 pound JDAM bomb, but there's still people in that country that deserve to be exposed to the rest of the world just like we are. I'm sure it sucks being trapped in a dictator's snare with absolutely no power to do anything about it.
