Wrong. Kevin Feige said they can use Namor, the process to including him is more difficult compared to say, Spider-Man is now, though. Apparently his rights, for WHATEVER fucking reason, are tied to Waterworld.
whathowwhy
they got ghost rider back as well
This is really outdated. Marvel obviously now can access the Spiderman universe. Man-thing and Namor are probably back. I think Silver Surfer and Galactus are also back as neither has been used within the time frame to keep them. [editline]17th August 2015[/editline] The only thing they can't access right now is F4 and X-men. [editline]17th August 2015[/editline] It's also worth noting that EVERYTHING in the red bubble has at some point been with another studio. It all came back over time. Including Iron Man, Thor, Cap and Hulk.

That chart is for 2014, they remade it for 2015.
Heres hoping they managed to get Dr. Doom. Dr. Doom is Stan Lee's favorite villain in the entirety of the marvel universe, so I think he at least would love to see him badass on the silver screen.

Also who the hell is the Power Pack?
Apparently paramount owns the rights to Micronauts, which is why Marvel had to use (Ant-Man spoilers) [sp]"Quantum Realm" instead of Microverse in Ant-Man[/sp] and that's not on the infographic either
I'm really sad that Doom is attached to this. Hell even in the movie they fucked up his character in a way so bad it wasn't even funny, just horrible. And think; this is how people will think of Doom now unless they've read comics.
Maybe we'll get really "lucky" and they'll retcon the comics to match his depiction in the movie.
Fat chance, comic book Doom is almost as popular as Kitty Pryde in Marvel. He's pretty much #1 husbando there, it's why he's the [sp]one who saved multiverse from complete destruction and became God King of Battleworld[/sp]
There's one monologue where he's talking to a host of gods that I can never seem to find where I realized just how magnificent he is.
For the love of god please do. They literally fucked up.
Listen, unless if they were having sex with someone so hard that they climbed stairs, they didn't "literally" fuck up. If you want to say "really", just say "really". Literally has its own meaning. For example: "The new Fantasic 4 is really bad and I really don't understand why they thought this would be a good idea. I'm really worried for the movie industry if they're going to keep drastically changing movies in order to copy what's really popular at the moment." "It's been like that literally for ages." "Really?" "Yes, and stop saying really."
Power Pack are just super powered kids from the Future Foundation lead by Reed and Sue's son Franklin. I honestly can't believe that anybody is considering making a Cloak and Dagger movie. Everything about the recent runs of Cloak and Dagger is like a bad DeviantArt fanfiction.
Yes. Why wouldnt they? Its not JUST The Fantastic Four they'd get back, but the Negative Zone, Anhilus, full use of the Skrulls, Galactus, Silver Surfer. And. DOOM.
That's my point though, that's a lot of new characters and material...that they don't need. Who pays top dollar for something they can do without? They want it, sure. But it'd take at least one movie to introduce all that, and another to do the main FF vs whoever movie. Just like it took Iron Man/Cap/Thor movies to get to the first Avengers movie. In the case of FF they start as a team so individual movies are not needed but at least the one origin movie is needed. So Marvel would be looking at two movies to kick it off, when in the next few years do they have space for two new movies? They don't. If they can't use the property any time soon, why be in a rush to buy it back? Everyone else is scared of making FF movies now.

Im sure some wont agree with me but the MCU films have been lacking in great villains. We've gotten "meh" villains and good villains, but not GREAT villains. Most of Marvels best villains are part of other franchises. Galactus, Doom, Magneto, The Sinister Six, Norman Osborn, etc. Well, except for Red Skull, Loki, and i hope Thanos and Baron Zemo. Whedon fucked Ultron and Baron Strucker up, but thats another story. Plus the cosmic part just feels a little incomplete without Galactus and his heralds. And i guarantee you the reason Marvel hasnt used the Skrulls is because they dont want to take any chances with Fox since Fantastic Fours rights include the Super Skrulls.
whathowwhy
did some digging and learned he might have been used as promo stuff for waterworld in the FUCKING 80's and the general interest in him dropped off ever since aqua-man became a bad ass bearded hook hand. So no real reason for them to sell it off and wait till super hero stuff becomes big again. then 2008 happened.
Everyone's waiting for Civil War and a good F4 movie, and I'm here wondering if we'll ever get a Runaways movie or TV series. That was the shit growing up! A superhero *team movie with no ties to the Avengers or F4 would be a breath of fresh air. Plus their teenagers! It'll attract a newer generation of Marvel fans! So perhaps Phase4+ could be Norman Osborn?
To my understanding Norman Osborn is a major villain as you've said. So they could use Osborn, Doom, or Galactus. Oh god the idea of a good Galactus is MMMMM so good.
