You know, muslims are more prone to do terrorism than the western people.
 How stupid can you get?
Kind of dumb, you know. After all the fuss with muslims why go dressed on a plane in full muslim garb? you don't see catholic priests flying in their robes, eh?
Next they will ban gays from riding airplane. The pilots are way too paranoid
only if gays start being stereotyped as terrorists
nope they didnt. i asked 5 muslim friends of mine. they said the qur'an is like any book and it is open to interpretation
In plain english it says 'Any non-believer, must have their head taken off by the sword, and be treated with the utmost disgust', interpret it as you will.
This is bullshit. I don't care if you don't like me, I'm paying my money to get somewhere and you're getting money to shut your mouth and do your job.
That pilot should be fired :colbert:
Kind of dumb, you know. After all the fuss with muslims why go dressed on a plane in full muslim garb? you don't see catholic priests flying in their robes, eh?
because people shouldn't be discriminated against because of what they are wearing? they went through the security checks. they had nothing on them. there was no reason for them to be thrown off the plane. fuck how can people not understand this? and regardless, the guy was an imam. he's probably the least likely muslim to misinterpret the quran and blow up a plane
In plain english it says 'Any non-believer, must have their head taken off by the sword, and be treated with the utmost disgust', interpret it as you will.
what page is that on? I have a koran right here
Kind of dumb, you know. After all the fuss with muslims why go dressed on a plane in full muslim garb? you don't see catholic priests flying in their robes, eh?
Because only bigots and dipshits stereotype people and think everyone dressed in Muslim attire are terrorists. You just don't expect those people to be flying your plane.
Muslims won't openly say 'Yeh, turn your back and ill behead you', it even says in the Qur'an if you do not wish to confront head on a disbeliever, get onto their good side, and stab them in the night while they sleep. There was a famous historical representation that shows how it works, a Muslim entered into a small city, eventually brought his family in under the pretense that he was a humble trader wanting to move. A few months down the line, whilst the city slept, he opened the gates to others from his original city, and they murdered all the townsfolk in their sleep and claimed the city for their own.
I doubt an actual terrorist would dress like a stereotypical 'terrorist.'
easily?
And that's the problem [editline]7th May 2011[/editline]
I doubt an actual terrorist would dress like a stereotypical 'terrorist.'
That's what they want you to believe
what page is that on? I have a koran right here
“Whoever changes his Islamic religion, kill him.” (Hadith Al Buhkari vol. 9:57)
In plain english it says 'Any non-believer, must have their head taken off by the sword, and be treated with the utmost disgust', interpret it as you will.
okay i will: metaphor for staying away from them/ignoring them/not letting them influence you you can update shit so that it is modern and fits modern society without it losing its meaning you know? use your head. not everyone has to be a fundamentalist nutjob or an absolute non-believer - there are degrees. there's a lot of stupid old-fashioned shit in the bible too but you can read it how you like
While his reasons were biased, I am kinda glad to see we aren't 100% bowing to muslims and doing anything they request.
Its a fucking plane ride what
There's probably some other reasons behind it. Currently it is only a one sided story.
Other then the fact the pilot is a racist shit head?
You know, muslims are more prone to do terrorism than the western people.
So? This was in Memphis, not in some war torn country.
Ask any Muslim 1 question, because I do not want to become a Muslim, but respect your religion, am I still a Kafir (basically a disbeliever). They will tell you that you are, and in the Qur'an it clearly states that all Kafir must be beheaded and treated like a foul dog, and that if they do not turn to Islam that Holy War will be started upon which all Muslims, man, woman and child are called to arms to murder all Kafir. Do a bit of research into it, read it for yourself. Not suprised some people are starting to show signs of turning against it.
Please show me where in the Qur'an it says this. I've read it and it doesn't at all say in there a disbeliever should be beheaded. you've probably never seen a qur'an before. Even then, what the fuck does this have to do with anything?
And also Of the Unbelievers: Sura 4:89 “seize them and slay them wherever you find them: and in any case take no friends or helpers from their ranks.” Slay the idolaters wherever you find them, and take them captives and besiege them and lie in wait for them in every ambush. (Sura 9:5) Need more proof?
“Whoever changes his Islamic religion, kill him.” (Hadith Al Buhkari vol. 9:57)
"And dispute not with the People of the Book, except with means better than mere disputation, unless I be with those of them who inflict wrong and injury, but say to them: "We believe in the revelation which has come down to us and in that which came down to you; Our God and your God is one; and it is to Him that we bow." Surah Al-Ankabut verse 46 People of the Book refers to Christianity, Judaism and other religions based around a scripture. "Let there be no compulsion in religion: Truth stands out clear from Error: whoever rejects evil and believes in Allah hath grasped the most trustworthy hand-hold, that never breaks. And Allah heareth and knoweth all things." Al-Baqara verse 256 I'd assume that the threat of violence is compulsion. Thus, it is against using force to get believers.
In plain english it says 'Any non-believer, must have their head taken off by the sword, and be treated with the utmost disgust', interpret it as you will.
No it doesn't.
In plain english it says 'Any non-believer, must have their head taken off by the sword, and be treated with the utmost disgust', interpret it as you will.
Except the Qur'an isn't in English.
And also “The infidels should not think that they can get away from us. Prepare against them whatever arms and weaponry you can muster so that you may terrorize them.” 9.123 “O you who believe! fight those of the unbelievers who are near to you”
And that's the problem
are you trolling? ... what problem? there is no problem. there are, as far as we can see so far, law-abiding citizens boarding a plane. why shouldn't they get through customs/security?
And also “The infidels should not think that they can get away from us. Prepare against them whatever arms and weaponry you can muster so that you may terrorize them.” 9.123 “O you who believe! fight those of the unbelievers who are near to you”
arm yourself with words. fight them. convert them. make them believe. improve their lives with faith.
The Koran preaches peace. Not violence. The extremists and terrorists interpret it that it says "be violent" so it looks like they have a 'legitimate' reason for killing people.
i can do this all day
“Whoever changes his Islamic religion, kill him.” (Hadith Al Buhkari vol. 9:57)
Mmm nope not there
Other then the fact the pilot is a racist shit head?
What happens if they were yelling at flight attendants? What happens if they started a fight with another passenger? Something else that caused the pilot to use his authority to evict? The airline has made no comment - so we're left solely to discuss based on their version of the events, which could very well have left out some information. The pilot probably was racist, but people jump to conclusions too early.
You've never actually read sura 4, have you? It's not even fucking talking about unbelievers. Even then, this is extremly vague for a passage you say is extremely specific. Second one isn't about unbelievers. Read the rest of the sura. Again, the fuck does this have to do with anything?
why shouldn't they get through customs/security?
That's why (User was banned for this post ("Racism" - BANNED USER))
Except the Qur'an isn't in English.
well mine is thankfully
