This is stupid. I realize it's for religions sake and all. I would be worried if anyone got up and started talking to themselves on a flight aswell. I realize it's religion, and I understand the need to (I'm Catholic), but, it's a flight. I completely understand the security threat. You just don't do it 33,000 feet above the ground in a small cabin where people are trying to rest and relax. It's just inappropriate, regardless of the situation. My Muslim friend says he just held his midday prayer prior to the six hour flight he took.
I saw a Jew do this while waiting at Frankfurt airport. He just casually walked up to a wall, wrapped his arm in straps, held a box and started to bob his head up and down. :ohdear:
