Trump's one of those dumb criminals - the ones who only survive as long as they have when they surround themselves with semi-competent people. But since he's a narcissist and megalomaniac, he takes orders from nobody, and advice only when he wants it.
So to bring him down, you don't really need to find hard evidence against him. You just need to prod him and poke him just right, and since he's got the self-control of a spoiled four-year-old, he'll incriminate himself.

By that tweet, and that tweet alone, people are calling it "proof" of "obstruction". In what way is it? Serious question because other people I've asked can't give me a straight answer.

Very simple. Trump is admitting his reasoning for firing Flynn is knowing Flynn lied to the FBI.
We already know that after Flynn was fired, Trump kept pushing then-FBI-Director Comey to drop the investigation into Flynn, and demanded loyalty from Comey.
Hence, obstruction of justice. Last I checked, a confession from a perp is considered admissible evidence in a court of law, as long as the admission is not given under duress.
Clear enough yet? Countless people have been convicted and spent years in prison for far less.

Trump has just admitted he fired Flynn for lying to the FBI and he previously admitted that he directly asked Comey to drop the FBI investigation on Flynn. That's obstruction of justice straight from the orange's mouth.

Trump was fully aware that Flynn had committed a crime, knowingly lied that Flynn had [I]not[/I] committed said crime, and then tried to shut down the investigation that he knew for a fact was valid.
I was feeling way less hopeful when I woke up this morning about Donald Trump being removed from office due to his Tweets than I am right now. Given that Trump Jr. has also tweeted out damning evidence against himself, I guess we can say that this is a case of "like father like son".
Is there a way to contact our congressmen and pressure them into introducing Articles of Impeachment and inform them of what this Tweet means? Is there any way that us American citizens can put forward the impeachment process via contacting our representatives?

As much as I despise the tax cuts that passed (and the circumstances in which they passed), a Silver Lining may be that they now have the incentive to at least humor impeachment talk now that they have their precious Obamacare Repeal and Tax Cuts. Of course he needs to be held accountable to the things he says, but honestly, I feel that Trump is stupid enough that it's plausible that he just intended to mention more than one bad thing about Flynn. Maybe he simply forgot that lying to the FBI didn't get revealed until later.
