• Man sentenced to life in prison for...smoking weed.

Your topic's title was VERY misleading. A man gets caught for distributing weed 3 times. He is then caught a 4th time (while still on probation no less), and they decided he isn't learning anything so they give him a pretty stiff sentence. Why is everyone crying about this? Guy was a fucking idiot, broke the same law 4 times, went to jail. Sounds fine to me.
oh no a man is selling weed arrest him for life!
Needs the "Mr. president! A man is coughing in Brazil!" comic
First of all, he's going to be put in a minimum security prison, most likely. Second of all, it's his own dumbass fault for getting caught three times. Even if I was making a fortune, I would quit after getting caught twice and being told I get three strikes.
So just being dumb merits life imprisonment? Well i have some bad news for you
That's not the fucking point.
Uh yeah, it is. Guess what? Pot is illegal, whether or not it should be doesn't matter in the slightest in this situation. He knew it's illegal and he knew about the three strikes laws. Tah dah, he deserves it. Besides he'll probably get parole anyway.
This is ridiculous. Both for the guy and the law. He is that stupid to continuously get caught, selling and smoking. Also bad on the court systems for life in jail for this.
Stupid justice system.

They know it's against the law to be homosexual, so it's just stupid for them to be it. [editline]13th May 2011[/editline] They entirely deserve it.
life in jail for selling weed. wow, things like this just make me despise majority of humans even more \=
Well thats total horseshit
These types of things are what make the justice system a giant fucking joke.
I've always wondered, if weed was to be legalized, would those arrested for possession and such be freed from prison?
I've always wondered, if weed was to be legalized, would those arrested for possession and such be freed from prison?
No; they broke the law. That the law later admits to having been wrong does not make it acceptable to break the law. Would probably be easier to get parole or a sentence commuted to a fine or something though for those already convicted.
I think that the sentence is too harsh !!
Why the fuck did he have 2 pounds of pot?
Why the fuck did he have 2 pounds of pot?
What kind of fucking question is that? Why not?
What kind of fucking question is that? Why not?
Because that's excessive as fuck, even if he was smoking all day erry day [editline]15th May 2011[/editline] I mean seriously, that's like $3200 dollars of weed
