Washington, D.C., may allow 16-year-olds to vote for president in 2020

I feel like a lot of the people for 16 year olds being able to vote, and a lot of the people against, are basing their decision on whether they believe these teenegers will vote for the people they like or not, rather than actually caring about the freedom of decision of the 16 year olds.
