Trump's behaviour is more easily explained as Narcissistic Personality Disorder and age-related loss of mental acuity and focus that he is pathologically incapable of recognizing due to his narcissism. I'm not a licensed psych and even if I was I couldn't diagnose Trump without calibrated in-person interviews, but from his public behaviour it's pretty apparent that if he isn't NPD it's close enough for a random little gaming forum.
Trump's whole adult life has been as the CEO of one or more private companies. He's never had anyone tell him no, except the law -- and being caught by the law means he just needs to hide what he's doing better, rather than actually change his behaviour. If someone else around him is randomly lucky and, for example, wins free Super Bowl tickets, he will expect something nice as well, because he feels the universe owes him a win anytime someone else gets something of value. He is unable to accept a value transaction that does not benefit him. It's even White House policy, supposedly, that if there is ice cream for dessert, he gets two scoops and everyone else gets only one. And I haven't even gotten started about his constant lying.

The 'haha i was only joking' excuse is the equivalent of trying to dog-whistle with a foghorn. We all get what you mean. The idiots who support that kind of stuff are going to gladly take you up on your "joke" because to them its not a fucking joke...

If he could have his way, Journalists would be in jail right now. No one would be allowed to criticize him on television. No one would be allow to say question him or his motives. He would imprison people for any sleight against him, and there's no fucking DOUBT about it
In case it wasn't already obvious that Trump has nothing but contempt for the country he leads and the principles it was founded on then this whole North Korean summit has just hammered it home.
