Guards at Trump prison camp for children ordered to stop them from hugging

Okay
So, a full blown investigation isn't being allowed by the Trump Administration.
So, you can't get what you want, but you still get to tell us we're full of shit, meanwhile the truth gets hidden, and you'd never speak up about this again.
You're only talking about it because it's your only way out of the argument without looking ridiculous. But here's the rub, the Trump admin has already made it clear they will not investigate this, nor will they allow the congress to investigate it as they should be allowed to.
So basically, the only conspiracy here, is the one by the Trump admin and the Trump Supporters(Namely you) to hide the reality of this situation under the thinly worn viel of "PLEASE INVESTIGATE"
Fuck the intellectual dishonesty that you embody with every fucking post you've made here.
Yeah I'm sure your complacent hopes and prayers are going to go a much longer way than everyone else's outrage and public outcries for such investigations to be undergone in the first place.
you guys are doing just about the same as me don't act like you're taking the high road
An investigation is started because of stories like these, and I will emphasise stories. This isn't Pizzagate, a ~conspiracy~ started by a gaggle of far-right websites, this is multiple journalistic sources as well as the testimonies of people involved. That's when an investigation comes up.
But a government investigation won't come up because it's not within the Trump administration's interest to do so. Ask yourself; if there is no crimes being committed here, why are these facilities being purposefully obtuse and denying entry to high-level, democratically elected officials? Surely if all of this is hearsay, then they'd be happy to have a video tour of these places? But they're not, and the Trump team is doubling down and blaming everyone else without offering any kind of explanation.
Please understand that I am not typing this to have a go or win quick zinger points, I want you to apply some critical thinking to this to understand why stories like this come out and why action has to be taken now. If you're going to sit and wait for an un-biased, un-doctored government investigation you're going to be waiting until the next Democrat presidency, because I don't see any way that the current government will do that.
I agree, there should be a full scale investigation.
Only, all attempts at that are being blocked.
At least people acknowledge what is going on is fucking horrible. Unlike you whos trying to sweep it under the rug like its nbd.
guys don't believe the children they are just child actors

Faux News: Propaganda Network at it again, sewing distrust and ‘fake news’.
News has broken that the policy was put into effect specifically with Asylum seekers in mind, the separation of mothers from their children, as a deterrent specifically for Asylum.
https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/immigration/trump-admin-discussed-separating-moms-kids-deter-asylum-seekers-feb-n884371
This is the end-result of a plan to commit Human Rights violations that was floated directly to the USCIS. What's chilling is what they're planning to do. They're making it harder to interview for Asylum, yes, but their endgame is to indefinitely detain these people seeking asylum. Furthermore, the policy shows no sign of having any effect: the number of people seeking Asylum has remained constant in the past month since this plan was put into effect. Trump's claim this is not 'his policy' is now completely blown out of the water where it didn't have much peaking above the surface truth to it to begin with.
Prepare for Trump to triple-down on this and state that we have to be 'even harder' on these people seeking asylum.
Just more confirmation that Republicans only care about babies so long as they're in the womb.
Quit humoring this dork. He can't dispute the facts, so he's just attacking the source with a bunch of wild speculation and demanding that we disprove his imagined conspiracies.
The journalistic entity is credible, highly factual, and has a minimal amount of bias. Their source for these claims was an inside whistleblower at the facility. Those are the facts. Don't play the "what if" game with this guy. You don't have to stoop to his level just because he's not capable of rising to yours.
By our breaking news combined, we have one whole 'proven, planned, secret administrative policy to conduct torture as a deterrent against political refugees seeking asylum specifically, with plans to escalate this policy by indefinitely detaining them in US-controlled facilities regardless of whether or not they conducted themselves legally'.
What a fucking terrible nation we're becoming. This shit needs to stop.
so america has interment/concentration camps again
great
We're halfway there now - but we're not quite there yet. It is nonetheless 'the plan'. They were told it'd be too expensive to do and USCIS was still fighting weakly back against their suggested policies (this happened in early 2016). At the rate things are going, I wouldn't be surprised for Trump to 'find the money to do it' to even further put pressure down on Democrats while telling the nation 'it's their fault this is all happening; all they need to do is give me my border wall and this all ends'.
This policy, by the way, is likely brought to you by Stephen Miller. It is not confirmed yet that it's his hand that was behind those suggestions - but NBC is presently working on tracking down whether or not he did because this would fit right in with something that he would suggest.
still haven't answered my reply from earlier
LOCK HIM UP
Quit derailing the thread with this whiny baby bullshit lol. Not giving you another warning. Stick to discussing the torture that children are suffering in illegal prison camps, or go away.
"Wow you proved me unambiguously wrong but what about this other unrelated thing???"
You know, cause fuck admitting you were wrong and maybe putting some dirt back into the hole you've dug yourself.
How is it that no action is taken to prevent this? The muslim ban was immediately blocked in certain states and by some judges, so why not this?
If this were to happen in other countries, the government will be in an uproar
Because setting policy is the privilege of the President in this regards. The ones who would fight back against this would be the Legislative rather than the Judicial branch.
Significant legal action is underway, but it takes time.
The reasonable thing to do is assume the worst when the Trump administration is blocking any investigation attempt despite these sorts of allegations you pancake.
That Ted Cruz is celebrating this bullshit is especially heinous, because his own parents were granted permanent resident through asylum. Pull his family out of history, and drop them under the Trump administration, and Cruz himself could have been ripped away from his parents and sent to one of these torturous prison camps.
I'm only 5% OK with it because I can understand he's put himself in a position where if he condemns it, he'll almost certainly lose his seat - I can see the cold-blooded logic and I can sympathize that it's not a great situation to be in as far as putting his election on the line and in even larger crosshairs.
On the other hand, that means he's willfully OK with allowing people to be tortured en masse in his state so long as he retains power. That's some fucking chilling material right there. It is of national interest now that Beto wins that seat and wins it with staggering force.
Last I checked backseat moderation is a ban-able offense too, so you're the last person here who should be calling for bans.

I'd love to see you reply to my reply to you there.
Everybody: shut up about Tommy and get on topic.
In other blatantly obvious news: Sanders is not just a lying cunt. She's a cowardly lying cunt.

It's okay; when Trump supporters get their way they'll send Cruz back to Mexico too.
