That's already in place in the prison system, especially private prisons. The US government has an ironclad policy to reject any and all products made by slave labour.

Except slave labour through the domestic penal system, which is explicitly permitted in the Constitution. Get sent to jail on a nonviolent drug offense, get forced to work for pennies a day for a few years earning profit for a corporation. Welcome to America, forget all that stuff about liberty and justice for all, it's not profitable.
