Watch as 'hard brexit' happens anyway.
Fucking pathetic.
61K is nothing to these people. They overspent by 100s of thousands.
A fucking joke.
This country is getting fucked and there is nothing that can be done about it.
Fuck the retards who still think it's a good idea; and the people leading no deal brexit - sabotaging any hope of a deal should be tried for treason, I honestly believe that.
This is going to cost Britain 100s of millions per week in lost growth, normal people will suffer from that and cuts well have to make to public services will cost lives. All because of some split in the tory party which they still haven't resolved. How far down will they drag us?
And yet "The government said the leaflets had cost £458,500 to produce and £5.94m to print and deliver across the UK. An additional £2.89m had been spent on the accompanying website and "digital promotion".

lol.
You can easily correlate marketing budget with successful campaigns, that's like one of the most basic aspects of marketing to begin with. You might view politics as being based on merits alone, but the reality is that it isn't - and even if it were, breaching the budget rules and "missing" invoices clearly means the campaign itself did not intend to rely on just merit to begin with. It was corrupt, which has heavy implications that should have a deeper impact than just a fine.
