Obviously. Like I've said before I'm not saying they're doing the right thing but they're following orders & directives. Do the people they're arresting/detaining deserve it? No, not in most cases. But have they broken the law? Yes. They're doing their job, and working as intended.

But, again, it's not the best way to be going about it. However that's not necessarily their fault nor does it mean the agency needs to be abolished. It's the fault of the current administration. What needs to be addressed is the current administration's gestapo style laws and rulings which are the root cause of ICE doing what they're doing now. They weren't like this under Obama, but it's still the same people working for the agency as it is now.
