I'm not familiar with how EU migration and citizenship is handled, if I have citizenship in one EU country, can I use that to emigrate to any other?
I have the option to claim Croatian citizenship as I'm the descendent of Croatian immigrants (who're actually in the process of moving back to Croatia) but I'd much prefer getting to an English speaking country for obvious reasons.

This. While the GOP wants to exterminate every minority, the moderate Democrats see minorities as exploitable for votes. It doesn't have to be this way. The United States needs someone who isn't far-right or center-right for once, and bring our infrastructure up to speed.

Yep. Which then puts you into a situation where you have to lie to get votes. I can imagine a left-wing candidate making all sorts of promises akin to moderates to grab votes, only to turn back to left-wing once elected. It's the only sensible way I can see them getting a lot of votes in the current political climate considering the strong moderate foothold. But if you love your country
and want to fix it, you'll do anything to get to that position; even lying.
It's a double-edged sword and quite dangerous however. Remember when Trump held up the pride flag? That's an example of what I'm talking about, but in reverse and used in a bad way.

Bernie won 43% of the DNC delegates compared to Clinton's 55%, if he's capable I really think he could win the 2020 nomination.
