If they go to someone licensed to do as such, sure. It's legal for people who have no business to serve them and, thusly, potentially psychologically harm them as a result.

As someone who lives in utah, going through highschool I had atleast 3 gay friends go through gay conversion therapy. Some were forced, some were indoctrinated, and all suffered for it. I hope this insufferable practice is globally declared against human rights.
