Obama has such a nice voice and the ability to give nice speeches. I am not american, but god damn, I miss him. The man wouldn't miss a chance to watch someone trash talk him, he lives for that drama. The whole thing is just one big drama show to him, but it looks like it's catching up. Particularly her blatant lying about investigations and her health condition. Trump has allowed the world to open their eyes, he has shown everyone with any sense that America is losing faith. Clearly the vast majority of the population is unable to coherently form a democracy. We need to drastically change many key areas, for example, the television needs to remove bias. There should be heated intellectual debate not popularity contests. Obama isn't helping at this point, he is just straw manning at this point... He had 8 years to solve this dirty system, obviously it didn't work. Maybe he could start proposing solutions rather than solely saying "trump is bad, we need to change our politics". It isn't enough to just disagree with Trump, furthermore disagreeing with tax cuts is ridiculous. Being wealthy means he doesn't need tax cut... sure... why don't you just donate all your money back to Kenya. Hes a millionaire for a reason. The Global Climate Agreement, yada yada ya, is silly. Why do we need a GLOBAL agreement?, one solution will never fit all.

Most of us here do not believe that he deserved the nobel peace prize. However, his overall presidency shines now much brighter in its legacy, especially in contrast to trump today. We remember that overall, he was a net positive to this country.

I wasn't interested in politics until recently, but I find it hard to believe Obama has made many positive changes. Deals with Iran, very shady. Obama Care, a failure I think.

Read past the headlines and read factual sources. Learn specifics. I mean if you did, would you like to explain why the US is cozying up with Saudi Arabia, the country that actually literally exports terrorism and is largely responsible for attacks such as 9/11 (most of the people involved with 9/11 were saudi)? Why are we not taking action against them but instead, fostering more oil deals? In regards to Iran. The nuclear deal essentially allowed us so much ability to watch them that it would literally be impossible to build nuclear weapons (weapons grade nuclear matter emits such radiation and particles that is is physically impossible to hide it in a short time span between inspections). With out the deal we have no inspections, are free to build nuclear weapons. Is that better in your mind? I think we can agree that religious leadership of Iran are a bunch of dicks to put it lightly, why do you want to let them get nuclear weapons? You are whats wrong with this country. What got into the GOP, it is simple, they want Power Trump is in the White House, they wanna keep a Rep in the White House, they are still too traumatized of Obama and his healthcare and other liberal plots. Why coddle up to Russia? Simple, Russian gov is mainly white and they can openly discrimnate openly against gays and immigrants and rig votes how they want them. The GOP wants to do those things, too.
