The strength of an allegation depends on the credibility of the witness and the surrounding information's veracity. If I just accused you of rape, right here, right now, without offering any details whatsoever I would not make headlines - I would simply discredit myself as any sort of credible witness.
While not making any notice of the very significant consequences at play here. A sitting judge who is in line for a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court has lied under oath to Congress. There should be nothing like this in his past if he is to be trusted with a seat on the most powerful court in the nation, and you're interested in picking at crumbs instead.
And that's not even touching on his shitty behaviour during the hearing, where he vowed to get revenge on his perceived political enemies (Democrats in general). The SCOTUS is supposed to be non-partisan and he's demonstrated himself to be the most partisan nominee I've seen in my life.
Chronic lying is an okay trait for anyone in the legal system in your book, let alone a judge, let alone a Supreme Court Justice?
The ABA might wanna research what he's said and written and reconsider their well qualified rating
The ABA has written a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee saying Kavanaugh should not be confirmed to the SCOTUS without an FBI investigation.
They had concerns about him 12 years ago when he was made a judge, and Republicans ignored them.

Why do you people find it irrelevant that there is no evidence, corroboration, or supporting witnesses? In fact, the witnesses given DENY it ever having happened?

Actually, at this point, none of you think he's guilty of a crime, nor do you even care if it actually happened.
You're trying to use this process to paint him as a liar, a drunk, and a "frat boy".
As soon as he testified to something you believe is a lie, you latch onto it because you know you have nothing else between Kavenaugh and his rightful place on the SCOTUS. You all act like something is a problem until something more "solid", more "juicy" comes along, and then you throw away your last accusation for your new one.
You may not have realized it but this isn't a criminal trial and does not need to meet the criminal standard of proof.
It's a job interview and the interviewee has conducted himself like an angry child.

Is perjury a crime? Do you think if he lied to the Senate that he is guilty of a crime? Do you even care if he is guilty of a crime while you accuse that 'we don't care'?

Did you hear the phrase believe victims (assuming). Only an accusation is enough to form opinions. Next time something like this happens and gets posted here/reddit/etc I guarantee you will see a post speaking with absolute certainty 1 minute later. Make it happen enough times and prior knowledge can be factored out.

An accusation without any provided evidence is a worthless and easily dismissed thing. It serves only to damage the one spreading that accusation. The only way for an accusation to have merit is for it to be rooted in facts which can be deliberated, discovered, and verified.
On the other hand an accusation gathers far more attention than a follow up.
