You asked for us to prove we care about facts. I posted facts that prove that he's more than likely guilty of a crime where you're saying 'we don't care if he's guilty of a crime'. I wasn't arguing against your post, I was correcting the information within it. It's not semantics, he did not rape her nor has she ever claimed to have been raped. He sexually assaulted her. Did you listen to her statements at all?

I can't think of any other reason for you to state that she 'didn't indicate a time, date, location, people present at the party' et cetera -- when all of those things are a matter of congressional record that she testified to. Do you think we're going to believe you over the Congressional Record?

I won't retract the statement. All of you are far more focused on semantics and wordplay than the solid evidence of what happened that summer. Again, none of you care about the alleged incident. Now you just want to prosecute Kavenaugh for "perjury".
