Passion, chaos as Kavanaugh confirmation vote nears

Soon in the court during oral argument
"Do you have any questions Justice Kavanaugh?"
"THE MULLER INVESTIGATION IS A PLOY sniff BY HILLARY CLINTON SHE'S STILL MAD SHE LOST IT'S ALL sniff A DEMOCRAT SCHEME"
What I want to know is how the fuck did Kavanaugh even manage to work 12 years as a judge and not have any of this kind of shit on the radar. Like, before this nomination, no one knew who he was. I didn't, at least. Perhaps that's why all of this stuff is coming to light now? Because no one cared about him before? I just watched him at that hearing a few days ago and I don't know how not only can someone like that become a judge but keep that job for 12 years. And now he's going to be a supreme court judge. Jesus.
I know when I'M angry, I tend to lie about definitions of words.
They had the same concerns in 2006, Dick Durbin called him the Forrest Gump of Republicans since he showed up everywhere. He worked for the team that stopped the Florida recount and worked in the Bush
White House. And was nakedly partisan working for the Lewinsky investigation too. He was put on the DC court as a Bush favor.
I guess if you can't even stay calm and cool when you're being asked basic questions, it's okay to get into a rage.
You act like this, so it's clear why you defend Kav.
The dude who threw such a massive fucking fit that he got banned three times in the same thread is bragging about his intelligence.
Keep that in mind, people.
So who exactly are you arguing with here Jouska? And what's even your position?
If you're defending his performance during the hearings, arguing that it's not unreasonable for someone to be upset at false allegations, then why do you think he shouldn't be confirmed?
So have you actually done any research about Kavanaugh yourself?
Looked into the allegations to any noteworthy extent?
How many of the allegations are you aware of?
Are you aware of how many individuals are willing to testify?
How much of the allegations are you familiar with?
What are your sources?
Where are you currently getting your information?
Is it possible that you might not be getting the full story?
Is it possible that you are getting your news from biased sources that may not be giving you the whole truth?
How many of your news sources are affiliated with Sinclair Broadcasting or Rupert Murdoch?
How many of your news sources have significant or otherwise noteworthy connections to Republican organizations? The Heritage foundation, for example?
Is there anything in particular that makes Kavanaugh worth defending? If yes, what is it? What are his qualifications?
Do you honestly believe he belongs on the Supreme Court?
Do you think he has conducted himself professionally and to the standards required of him by the Supreme Court?
Does his obvious partisan bias give you any cause for concern?
Have you got any input on the party that is so strongly defending him?
I'm giving about another 3-4 pages until Jouska makes this thing about men's rights.

There were problems raised when Kavanaugh was made a judge 12 years ago. Republicans ignored everything back then, just as they are now.
Mitch McConnell outright said that his number one priority was to make Obama a one term president. Not to restore stability to the financial market following the great recession, not jobs, not the environment, not trade, not immigration. Just "make obama go away".
America will be a far better place when people like him no longer have power.
Because that is what he knows is expected of him and in fact is demanded of him.
Not that you care, as you have repeatedly shown, because, I guess you just don't give a damn that Federal Judges are held to higher standards than you or me and that they willingly and knowingly submit themselves to be constantly under public fire and scrutiny for any of their actions or decisions.
Because said man is applying to be a member of the supreme court.
You know, highest court in the land? If there's one job that requires nerves of steel and being collected, its literally the one job hes applying for.
I think Gump is a little more intelligent though.
People like him will always have power.
At this point I almost feel bad for Jouska because either A. He's not a very good troll, so we have a "what doesn't kill us makes us stronger" situation, or B. He's actually so dense that a forum of well spoken individuals from all over the world isn't enough to walk him through basic concepts.
Considering he doubled down and began posting conspiracies about XXXtenacion's abuse victims.
He's probably dense and crazy.
I don't even agree with Jouska but this post is incredibly condescending. Yeah it's frustrating not being able to get a point across but if somebody actually is having a hard time understanding something this isn't the way to deal with it.
So do we know why Feinstein held onto the allegations for so long?
Also, what does the timeline look like for Kavanaughs confirmation process look like? Did the public know about his imminenet nomination in July, when Ford mailed Feinstein the allegations?
When is the confirmation vote supposed to take place today?
Up to 30 hours after the cloture vote yesterday. I believe it could be less if no one wants time on the floor.
No, I wouldn't be able to handle that situation. That's why I'm not a judge. Let alone a supreme court justice.
There's no reasonable defense for not wanting an investigation, "because midterms" as an excuse literally implies you're putting your politics above your character (ie. Party above clearing the air). Just because that's the done thing doesn't mean it's OK or Right, just like how the US is being ran just now
Ford specifically wrote in the letter to Feinstein that she wanted to keep the letter and herself quiet and anonymous. She did not want to be known and only came out to the public when it became absolutely clear Kavanaugh would pass to the SCOTUS.
My guess is that Feinstein held onto the letter to respect Ford's wishes of anonymity hoping that Kavanaugh would fail to pass on his own accord, which didn't happen.

Trump's Republican Party is a cult.

Normal government
The Republicans voting to confirm him, minus Murkowski and plus Manchin represent 43.74% of the population, just around Trump's and Kavanaugh's approval ratings funnily enough.
It's trippy as fuck to read "Trump" as a "Populist" when I'm politically populist and yet Trump the "Populist" candidate is as far from what I'd consider agreeable as can be.
Kavanaugh will also be the fourth judge to be successfully appointed by a president who lost the popular vote.
Six with Rutherford Hayes; goddamn NIXON tried to get rid of the Electoral College but the south blocked him.
Yep, it is through.
