If a supreme court appointment had said "I will do everything in my power to fuck the republicans over" you would find them unfit for the position. His admitted plans to be openly hostile towards one political party, along with McConnel's complete bullshit leading up to this, is all the cassus beli the Democrats need to begin playing hardball with the Supreme Court.

I'm registering to vote back home in Florida where my vote matters more. I still hold residency there so my partner and I are both casting absentee votes there instead of voting in CA.
