Voting is the last democratic power Americans have to ensure the GOP doesn't continue to fuck up our country before resorting to actual violence. I would prefer to vote than to hurt someone.
It's like poor miners in West Virginia voting for a billionaire coal executive as governor (really happened), some people just vote against their own interests, crazy or not
The Party binds all and you can't go against the Party, and the Party only wants to win and oppose Democrats. The governor of Alabama literally said she had no reason not to believe Roy Moore molested girls, but voted or him anyway because "we need to send Republicans to Congress" pretty much verbatim.
Let me tell you a story. I've met and personally known/worked for plenty of people who plaster stickers and/or slogans all over their vehicle. Patterns corresponding between them are: They try to act like they're good people but they're actually tremendous assholes (a lot of "Christians" or other theologians of "peaceful" and "infallible" origins and associates fall into this category, oddly enough) They're overly defensive. There's a story on this coming later in the post, but there's a bizarre correlation of how shake-able these people are when their world-view is challenged (and often times, they mock or ridicule, or otherwise make them out as "the other/enemy" if people express opinions like "choice" or "reform" or "police liability" or "fiscal responsibility"), and they often become aggressive as a result They're typically kind of strange individuals Okay, so story time. When I was working for an inventory company, we had to car-pool to our destinations, which were often waaay the fuck out in the middle of fuck-all. To "safely" store our vehicles and some other such stupid nonsense, the boss-man decided that we should meet at the Wal-Mart parking lot (in tweaker-ville? Smart!) and then car-pool to the destination. (but they'd pick up people who couldn't drive/had no vehicle, fuckin' weird) So one night, me and a newbie (a fairly nice, older spiritual gentleman) were waiting at the far-end of the lot (out of the range of most of the cameras? Super smart!). Also at this end of the lot was an old pick-up towing a camper trailer, both of which were plastered in religious iconography and verses (many of which were from Leviticus). I call this trailer "The Crazy Box", because out of this camper staggers this shirtless dude with something in his hand (!) walking up to the newbie. Starts ranting and raving about how we're keeping him awake, making too much noise (our vehicles were off, we weren't talking, we both waited in our vehicles). At this point I start wondering if Bubba Joe Jim-Bob Dan with-no-shirt's mystery object in his hand might be a pistol, so I'm on high alert. So he rants and raves, accuses both of us of being Democrats who are spying on him, and then heads back into his Crazy Box. Moments later he comes back out with the object in-hand again, turns out it's a camera. Weirdo takes pictures of our license plates and heads back into his Wacky Wagon. (which is illegal, but we didn't have time to stick around to report it to the police because the car-pool showed up minutes later) This guy seems to fall within the same patterns of plastering iconography all over their property and being entirely off their rocker.
Maybe the government being created to be slow has benefits for once
starting?
This dude is like a textbook internet paranoid schizophrenic, I'm getting strong Terry vibes off of everything related to him
I can understand designing it to be slow, but it's been exploited to almost the point that it's completely stagnant.
All in favor of creating an FBI database of anyone who has more than 3 stickers on their vehicles say Aye.
Just watched the press conference with the DoJ. Charged with interstate travel of an explosive, threats to a former president and a few other things. The devices themselves have been called IEDs by the FBI and were a PVC pipe with wiring, a clock and explosive material that could detonate with friction, force or flame/spark. This is purely domestic terrorism; he was riled up by the President's rhetoric against the media and democratic left. It's pretty cut-n-dry, but I'm still curious as to how the White House will spin this into somehow being the fault of the Democrats and not the senile pre-dementia president we have sitting in the oval office.
As long as each separate one of those little family sticker things count.

Of course
NRA stickers count as two stickers.
Did they accidentally switch the 2 sides in that picture or something?
Glad nobody's mail were destroyed.

So how long is this fucknuts rap sheet/criminal record? Are drunk and disorderly and DUIs at the top of the list?
Ah right, the good old "mailing fake bombs to your political opponents" prank. Libs can't handle jokes.
"No one who puts this much effort into decorating a van would try to make republicans look bad right before midterms." Oh you sweet, sweet summer child...
t_d has to be satire at this point. Right? ...Right?!
I have a lot of anime stickers on my car and I agree that I should be avoided.
It actually was originally. Then it got overrun by real crazies.
Guess we got that October suprise

I have Calvin peeing onto a nearby suburb https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/223311/8e7e3bec-83ce-419f-bd88-3a031b13c369/calvinniles.png
I guarantee you he will do it.
To be fair on the top one I have seen a handful of experts express skepticism over the bomb designs. But I'll remind everyone that you don't need to kill to be a terrorist or to strike fear or influence change. The FBI briefing today did say the bombs contained explosive materials, but the design itself was pretty shitty. I've read somewhere that the bombs seemed to be missing key components and were made with PVC instead of metal pipe which wouldn't be as effective. Basically the dude was either: A) Comically incompetent at bomb making, basically thinking all you had to do was throw the shit together in a pipe and call it a day, or B) Didn't actually intend for them to go off, and just wanted to cause a scare. Before he was apprehended I was leaning more towards option B since most of these people are so high-profile that they all have people go through their mail, and the bombs would've killed some poor mail room clerk instead of the intended target. Or gone off at random since they were timed and not light sensitive. It seemed sloppy to me. But after seeing this dudes van and Twitter posts it could very well be option A and the dude is just nuts and thankfully a terrible bomb maker. Or maybe some mix of both where he didn't want to blow up some third party mail handler but also wanted to cause a good scare to own the Libs or something. Who knows.
It is the product of banning any and everyone who doesn't play at their rythm.
Not disagreeing with anything, but just wanted to add that even if he purposely made fake bombs, I would still very much consider it an act of terrorism, as the goal was to cause terror.
