The government should help protect the rights of the disadvantaged.
"State's rights tho"
uh, so what happens if a bunch of racists mutually agree to support each other in the absence of anyone else? so that you get a large and perfectly insular bloc of racists who won't be uprooted by the free market? which is to say, the exact opposite of what you claim to want?
Not with that attitude.
That's a bit unfair. Not once have I made anything personal or insulted anybody, but you continue to insult individuals and dehumanize people for bringing different perspectives to the discussion.
One of them is the fucking president.
That's okay, No one serve Brazilians
Although obviously not to the same level, your posts reek of this kind of attitude.

Maybe they are dehumanizing you because its very dehumanizing to attack your fellow man for not being the social norm.
There shouldn't be a different point of view whether a person is treated equally or not, its basic civil rights.
What perspective are you bringing to the conversation?
What is the point you're arguing besides a contrarian, and hollow one?
I don't think I can convince you because you aren't acting intellectually honest.
You're reading selectively, acknowledging only what aspects of this allow you to hold the view you do, and ignoring the ones that contradict that.
We're literally seeing multiple stories in one week about how the GOP is acting against the interests of LGBT peoples, and you refuse to see that for what it is, you refuse to acknowledge that there is any discrimination of any merit going on what so ever.
And all I can do is point out what is happening. When i do that, you ignore it, and double down.
I can't convince you of anything because I don't think you even know what the fuck you think, you just think the media is being unfair to the GOP.
But that's just not fucking true.
The only way to become "free market immune" is using the government as a cudgel to beat your opponents.
How are they going to stop you to make a "LGBT friendly" ANYTHING?
By depriving you of food, capital or expensive property?
Do you even know the first thing about starting a business or do you just assume it's easy for impoverished people to do
You asked how one could profit off of the situation, so I answered.
Nobody is going to make a fucking LGBT friendly store to compete with the opposite in some rural place where the opposite thrives. There would be no profit in it, which funny enough is the free market at work.
You'd get very little patronage and the business would be more of a liability than anything.
So you answered a rhetorical question that no one actually wanted answered because profiteering in the situation of rights abuses is more important than ensuring people have equal rights?
His central argument is the govenrment doesn't belong in "Human rights". You offered a pointless addition to this. Why? I didn't ask a serious question.
For all your claims to support the LGBT community you sure do a lot to ignore that the fight isn't over.
How will they deny you capital, food or property?
Property is an easy one. Property in cities is limited, and expensive.
Capital? Also easy. It's not easy to have enough capital to start a business, and you usually require a bank involved. If the bank is one in a state that has no discrimination laws, it's extremely easy for them to deny you that capital, which will deny you the property.
If you don't have money from work to feed yourself, how are you going to survive?
I don't think you've thought about this what so ever.
@Staggr You never answered my question. For someone who's complaining about people not being civil you're sure doing a good job of ignoring those who were being completely civil.
By denying you service and denying you work? You do remember that you're argument is about some racist town right?
I guess you could just wait for a friendly store to never move in.
Or you could move out? It's less money for the town.
Or maybe they do move in, and people in the town who are bigotted don't like the store, so don't go there, so the store goes under because LGBT and LGBT allies in small hick towns are a tiny fractional percentage of the market and cannot sustain a business?
THERE IT IS EVERYONE READ EM AND WEEP
Not everyone can do that, many people can't do that at all.
Hey, we're having that same conversation again where people who live somewhere else, tell people who live in that place how things work.
I'm guessing, should anyone try and tell you how your life in brazil is, you'd reject them, but here you are telling people how shit works without a hint of self-awareness understanding the amount you don't know about.
Another dunning krueger poster boy. yay.
I'm not ignoring anything. I don't think conservatives are subhuman just because I disagree with them. They are people like you or me, and they have a side to the story that always seems to be omitted from the articles shared here..
hey guess what’?
i don’t think conservatives are subhuman either
I just think that people who are acting like bigots are fucking bigots
I don't think die-hard conservatives are subhuman. But i sure as hell view them as shitty humans.
Cause also they're Human. Which means they can be absolute cunts.
also, what aspect of the mistreatment of the LGBT community is being ommitted here?
Seriously. Answer that question, or admit you're just arguing to be a contrarian.
So now I'm a bigot for assuming there's 2 sides to a political story.
I didn't call you a bigot, snowflake.
You're ignoring plenty. Such as this question I have now asked you three times:
For someone who seems so set on discussing things you sure seem to be doing your best to avoid discussing anything that might challenge your claims.
He hasn't shown any interest in discussing this.
He has shown only interest in dictating to us the "Truth" only he seems to have.
But he hasn't shared any aspect of that "Truth".
