Well I gotta go to bed. Hoping to wake up to good news... But not holding my breath.
It would be deliciously juicy if Trump's divisive tactics and flip-flopping cost him such an easy win there. Fingers crossed.

9 o'clock polls just closed -- next wave incoming.
CNN won't call Texas yet.
This point can never be emphasized enough The only thing necessary for evil to triumph is that good men do nothing It is within the best interests of corrupt institutions to appear unassailable The greatest asset to the corrupt is an apathetic person who does not vote, and does not encourage others to vote The only thing rejecting the system does is remove your voice from it
Two million votes left to count and they're within 20,000 of each other. CNN shouldn't call Texas yet.
Looks like Gillum and Nelson will probably lose in Florida, this is looking pretty fucking bad.
Honestly expecting R to still hold the majority of the Senate and House Call me a pessimist but I don't think anything that has happened in the last few years is enough to make many people turn against them nor will the higher turnout make a large difference.
If Republicans maintain the house, this will set a huge precedent.
RED WAVE RED WAVE!

You must have a suicide wish, posting that on FP.
I'm not worried yet. With the MASSIVE voter turnout, I'm expecting that counts will run well into tomorrow morning. Hell, some polls are still open for the next 2-3 hours.
I'm braced in my seat.
Yeah but my state's sure as shit isn't going blue
What are the odds we will be happy with this race?
I really hope I don't end up suicidal because I'm going through serious family issues as well as well as this looking not that great for Democrats.

I took a break to play Payday and now the Ohio polls are swinging Red all over. welp.
really don't understand why people are calling this minute to minute as though much has changed
Rafael pulls ahead Roberto according to the CNN live map. I think Houston is still voting in some places since they had trouble in the morning.
it does look like a lot of red (and smaller) districts have got their counting further along.
Democrats will probably take the House but I think that'll be the only silver lining in all this. Florida's letting us down again and the Senate is pretty much guaranteed red.
Texas governorship staying red. Still early for senate.
Smaller, rural, counties count faster than larger, metropolitan areas.
I'm feeling so horrible about most things going on in my life now
https://twitter.com/ForecasterEnten/status/1059992431113003008 a ray of hope?
