'Enough, enough, enough': Scott Morrison says he will cut Australia's migration

What does this even mean? You can compare any two metrics across any length of time and find a degradation in infrastructure and lifestyle.
I mean I'm not suprised that the guy who pretends to be okay with immigration as long as it's the right type of immigration essentially doesn't believe in "the right" kind of immigration but this is just a meaningless declaration.
I believe in managed migration, the current approach to migration is purely a GDP growth exercise without any sort of future population plan. For example, if you take away the population increase from my country, our GDP growth would either be sitting under 1% or go negative. So instead of fixing stuff like our appalling productivity rates or even providing citizens with housing, we're pushing all the population issues another 10-20-30 years down the track.
