Oh I've seen it but it's almost always from someone not being careful enough with their facebook info and uploading pictures of themselves making it easy for people to track them down. I mean yeah if all your info is there on your facebook or other social media it is pretty easy, which is why if you want to do anything in the public sphere having that information on your facebook is a terrible idea. The kind of people who're obsessed with cam girls probably aren't the kind who'd be able to do any advanced hacking unless you're extremely unlucky.
