Online “Sex Workers” Are Scrambling To Cover Their Tracks After Being Mass Repor

I pay my taxes and work for my money. why shouldn't camwhores at least do the former?
Goddamn title
"Online sex workers scramble to cover their..."
"ASS FOR 2000"
"tracks"
"ARGH"
ontopic though, does this mean that streamer Amourath is gonna get in a hot pickle?
The motivation is pathetic but it's completely irrelevant to the IRS. If they were paying their taxes then they wouldn't have to worry about incels trying to use the IRS as a weapon. I wonder if this is going to expand into a 'prank' similar to swatting, it wouldn't surprise me if a lot of streamers, youtubers and patreon owners were not reporting their income properly.
Can't blame em considering how government spends them
Like BFA said. If you want sex workers to pay taxes, legalize sex work and have it be completely on the books. Easy.
Even with these pathetic incels giving their little anonymous tips to daddy IRS, they simply arent going to bother auditing someone over a "hunch" anyway.
Selling panties and nudes or even masturbating/having sex in front of a camera in your bedroom isn't illegal, nor is it dangerous in any way. Legalizing actual prostitution could help a lot of sex workers in terms of safety and probably societal legitimization, but you're comparing apples to oranges here. These aren't "sex workers" in the same way.
Obviously everyone should pay taxes, but the motivation behind the mass reporting is like someone calling the cops to my door with a noise complaint because they don't like me.
Even if Im not doing anything wrong and the visit from the cops is harmless Im not exactly going to appreciate it.
It's a petty tactic by incels to inconvenience and annoy people they don't like.
100% chance that "incels" had a pretty big hand in this, all the "thot patrol" shit screams "Incels"
I guess I am super sheltered because I had no idea this was as big a thing as it was. While this specific reporting seems pretty petty and vindictive. (even if the source is questionable)
Bottom line is though; if you earn money through work you should be paying taxes.
There's zero evidence that any of these people are misreporting their income this is transparent slutshaming from losers who resent women.
Both sides are in the wrong, but overall fuck the incel neckbeards who are reporting the workers.
Yeah, sure, online sex workers should be paying taxes on their job, but that's the IRS's job to find out, not some sweaty loser who want to take insecurities out on girls they've never met because they can't get laid. At least their job is making people happy.
Yea this screams of slut shaming instead of actual "We want them to pay taxes".
it's another online internet shit sandwich
trolls doing shit because they're fucking assholes, and first world white women who live in a weird bubble where they think they don't have to pay taxes because some tweet with no citations said they didn't have to
we need the Deus Ex ending where JC fries all technology and sends us back to the dark ages
They have absolutely no proof theses people aren't properly declaring their taxes though. They're just mass reporting people they hate at random, because they're prude losers. Is there any punishement for false reporting to the IRS, it'd be funny to see this blow up in their faces for "denouncing" multiple people who actually paid all their taxes with zero proofs.
It can be more complicated for sex workers because of the social stigma and the legality where they live, but I know most serious porn artists abide by local law, properly report their taxes and follow TOS of their platforms, because that's the only way to make a living online from that kind of content on platforms strict about their TOS like patreon.
The people reporting them are the exact same group of people who want all sex workers banned. They make sure they can't go through legals routes so they can then pull this shit. They don't care about people paying their taxes.
Yes cause all cam workers are whores.
/s
@ incels reading the thread how do you know they AREN'T paying taxes to begin with
This raid is even more pathetic than your usual ones because most of these girls freaking out about how "OmG thE IrS iS CoMIng fOR mE" are just photoshopped anyway. This isn't how the IRS operates, nor how reports operate, as another user has posted.
Pathetic losers. They should be going after the real cheat gaming our system.

See? Easy proof too.
Don't know if it's worth updating but I feel it's relevant

There's allegedly proof in the replies.
If it's true, I'm really not surprised
Are you implying that being a cam model is no work? You're very, very wrong.
Not to be melodramatic, but this logic could literally be applied 1:1 for hunting and capturing fugitive slaves in the 1850's. "If I get paid to inconvenience someone, well I guess I should. After all, $20 is $20!"
Try to have a shred of empathy and understanding for people who engage in work you find distasteful. Sure, they should be paying their taxes, but a bunch of incel trolls dogpiling on these women aren't the crew to hold them accountable.
What kind of a retard pays $25 a month for snapchat pics?
Yes taking pictures of yourself is not work in the same way as a job is work. You can argue this all you want but taking nude photos of yourself is not a job, it's a hobby you can make money off of lonely, horny dudes doing.
You also need a shit ton of information to file a report like this to the IRS,
take a look at IRS Form 3949-A
https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f3949a.pdf
None of the incels parading this fear / shaming around can do shit.
"Oh man, my day was so tough, because this is definitely a job, my boss is such a jerk, I took so many photos of myself and posted them on the internet, I'm so exhausted" said no cam worker ever lmao, how can you seriously compare this to an ACTUAL JOB?
is it hard being this smart
