As @PyneApple said it's game over for normal Brexit procedure at that point, the only way to avoid no deal will be to revoke or extend Article 50
In fact your post made me think, it would be a pretty slick move right now to place a bet that Brexit won't happen on 29th March, cus legally it will but it totally won't
So off I went, only to discover...

The odds for Brexit actually happening on 29th March are already shit and I'm not as ahead of the game as I thought! In fact @Boilrig would be better off slamming some money down on Brexit actually happening as scheduled
with how things are going I'm going to bet no deal
Extending or Revoking Article 50 is political suicide. The parliament will either be run down to the minute by May to force through the deal or simply drop out in March.
For anyone who's not sure on this, bookies are usually madly accurate when it comes to politics, especially here in the UK.
Honestly at this point everything is a political suicide. The Tories are going to sustain such ridiculous damage to their image and reputation they'll have to form a new party to even have a chance of regaining any kind of power in the future.
They'll retain image if they deliver Brexit.
Or the party that ruined everything. I think people will remember that first.
You think a chef retains his image after delivering a half-frozen steak when asked for a filet mignon?
If they deliver a half arsed brexit like TM's deal the hard-leave camp will never forgive the tories.
If they deliver a no-deal brexit the other half will never forgive the tories.
Any form of brexit will piss people off and the socio-economic ramifications will ensure that the bitterness of that particular pill are tasted for years to come.
In the case of no brexit people will be upset but as we're staying in the status quo and there will be no noticeable chance for the layman the initial bitching will soon wear off.
Until the movement to restart Brexit begins, the door is open now, and it won't be closed.
The movement to restart Brexit, spawned from the movement to stop Brexit after the initial move to start Brexit was realized to be undesirable?
It is much easier to obtain something that was once within reach than starting from nothing.
Hindsight is 20/20.
