about fucking time we addressed the issue of low-level letterboxes
Theresa May's cross-party Brexit talks are off to a good start with the leader of the opposition not being invited

They're going to go for a no deal Brexit rather than the sensible choice aren't they?

Fucking hell, imagine being this overwhelmingly stubborn carrying through with something they know is gonna fuck 'em over.
Trying to drive the country into the ground in the hopes that somebody will wrestle her away from the wheel in time?
The fuck?
She's trying to save her own career by sacrificing the country
We will never hold a snap election
We will never cancel the Brexit vote
Theresa May is always firm and insistent about sticking to her principles and red lines, right up until she changes them and does something else. I struggle to take anything she says seriously anymore because we all know she could come out later the same day and say she's changed her mind. I'm pretty much certain she will drop the 29th March deadline and at the very least seek an extension of Article 50 if we actually get close to leaving with no deal.
Maybe just cancel it.
What worries me are her obvious delusions of being Margaret Thatcher, and what she might do when backed into a corner - like she is now.
Should we make a separate thread or just keep it here?
It begins, let's not let affiliations and ego's ruin the nation more than they already have.
Nah. I'm holding each and every motherfucker who voted to leave personally to account for this. I'm holding all the spineless politicians more concerned about keeping their cushy offices than having a country to actually be a politician in to account for this.
There is nobody to blame but the cowards who are happy to let this happen despite all evidence pointing to it being a unmitigated disaster for the very people they like to claim they were helping.
Corbyn can also take a very long walk off the world's shortest pier for not even trying to walk this shit back in spite of all his other policies largely not being total shit. There are times when you should further your career. And times when you should bite the bullet for the betterment of the country. This is not the time for the forner. "Fuck you, got mine" mindsets will be the death of us all at this rate.
Hey this Tom Watson speech is pretty good
Parents who don't stop their kids being little shits.
Like ok sure, maybe your kid has autism or ADHD or whatever else and I understand that is challenging. But if you are going to do nothing when your brat starts kicking strangers or breaking shit in stores I'm gonna judge you.
Oh didn't realise this had happened until Gove just brought it up

Can someone just please end this mess so I can stop feeling anxious watching/reading the news
please
May cant get her shit deal through, the EU wont negotiate, she refuses to stand down, our politicians are too fucking dense to just call it off
can this shit please just end
Michael Gove referencing Little Britain was a tad unexpected.
Why the fuck is an MP quoting little Britain?
Hey this Michael Gove speech is pretty good
Edit:
Like this is way better than what I've seen from May
Please tell me the fetid cunt is gonna get shitcanned so someone vaguely sensible can call this bullshit off
Parliament, please prove that you collectively have more than a single braincell
That was definitely a resounding no, but we'll see if I'm wrong. Not that anyone expected the vote to go through...
I'm in the same boat. I feel like reading the news these days is like being in one of those nightmares where you keep screaming but nobody can hear you.
Everyone in charge just seems content to run this shit into the ground.
Everyone's sticking their fingers in their ears and parading towards the worst, most extremist often despite having only a 1% majority
"will of the people" my ass
On BBC, Remainer Tory peer Danny Finkelstein just came out (I think for the first time?) in support of a second referendum, saying he's done trying to please and compromise with the hard Brexiteers
Well, she won it.

So does this mean the fetid old cunt is gonna barrel us toward the worst possible option or
It means she has to come up with a Plan B for her Brexit plans else we are going into a No Deal.
wonderful, looks like we're getting no deal because she doesnt have a single brain cell to her name
