I get the feeling her plan isn't so much to delay brexit in order to get time to pass the laws as it is to delay the vote until the EU forces no-deal on the 29th.

EU also won't accept constant sliding deadlines.

They'll push for a 12 or 21 month delay, with automatic revocation of A50 if no deal is agreed by then.
