• Ohio eliminates front license plates

My 2016 Accord does not have a spot for a front plate. https://blogmedia.dealerfire.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/116/2015/08/2016_Honda_Accord_1-1.jpg I would have to drill a hole.
another thing, you might say "Why don't you use tape?" the reason why you can't is because in the winter our roads are not only covered in snow, they get very heavily salted and turn into a mushy soup of brown slush that cakes onto everything and dissolves adhesives
The drilling a hole complaint is stupid though because if all cars are required to have a front license plate then what difference does it make if those holes are gonna be used anyway?
Why not have it just designed into newer cars by default? Could even provide screws that match the cars paint to hide the holes.
Well this is already the case for pretty much every single car built outside of North America
Lived in Florida p much all my life where we had no front plate, I don’t see the big deal in it
