So this is pretty obvious, but Congress absolutely needs the full report. The whole point of investigating the president is to give them evidence so they can decide whether to impeach or not, this many blacked out pages makes it impossible to do that job properly. Trump is 100% fucked when he's out of office, impeached or not.

fucking change the law already, its patently obvious that its a conflict of interest that the DOJ overseen by the president concluded once that the president can't be tried for any crime. If a sitting member of Congress or a judge can be indicted so can the president.

It's not actually a law that says the President can't be indicted while in office, it is DoJ policy.
DoJ policy can be reversed on a dime without an act of Congress or an executive order.
But with this administration it's going to require Congress to force the issue.
