Thankfully the Canadian Civil Liberties Association is taking them to task on it, and anti carbon tax pushes by some other provinces proved it was constitutional, it might go thier way.

Also the conservatives are dropping pretty quick in polls, so it seems screwing over your constituents and only offering booze to them as a positive means Ontario won't have to deal with them for long.
