I'm fine with this bill really because I don't see it limiting medical reasons or choice, just birth related things, but it's not that big of a deal one way or the other. I do know from personal experience that uncircumcised has a higher tendency of smelling.

I didn't know I was circumcized until I was like 15 or 16 because I thought genetic differences made each dick look different.
