Parents already: choose what to feed their kid, what sports to sign their kids up for, what friends the kids have at an early age, what time they go to bed, what shows they are allowed to watch, how often their children shower, how long their kids are breast fed, their oral hygiene, when their kids get potty trained, and TONS OF OTHER SHIT. Gimmie a break with the babies rights thing. The reason parents don't wait for their children to get older is because you don't really have a memory as a baby. No kid is gonna choose to feel the pain of getting their dick cut (since they won't forget it) but they won't be able to remember the pain years later if they get it at an early age. AKA: Dick cutting is fine. Also why the fuck do you care? It is not like after getting circumcised these kids are SCARRED for life (emotionally i mean). If there are no negatives to getting your dick cut (and saying "my sensitivity bro" is worthless, no one honestly cares) and no real positives then why not.

FYI, circumcision isn't = genital mutilation. Mutilation implies pretty much being ripped, stabbed, and cut to kingdom come.

Circumcision is fine, it makes it look better, fixes certain health problems. Let the kid choose.

i don't know if banning it is exactly the proper thing to do but i don't think it's that big of an issue

It might be that being circumcised might reduce your chance of catching HIV during sex ([url=http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/4371384.stm]Source[/url]). But I think that preventing any form of surgery or body modification on a child should only be performed where medically necessary. When you reach 18, you're free to do what you like.
