Wait, what? Woman gets jury trial for displaying plastic testicles on truck - Polidicks

There certainly should be no law against this or any other bumper sticker or item you may have provided it doesn't have potential to harm others... Having a impact detonated bomb on your bumper shouldn't be allowed. The issue of what material shouldn't be allowed escapes me. I'd like to say that porn should be allowed on a bumper sticker as a matter of principal, but I feel like I'd regret that opinion when I get stuck behind an elderly couple on their way home from Church who aren't aware that some prankster slapped some gay porn on their bumper.

It is funny how in the UK they show full on nudity and everything - look at a show like embarrassing bodies. Its funny how as a culture the US is so shocked and disgusted by nudity as a whole or anything related to it. These "truck balls" have been out for fucking ages, if you get upset by a pair of plastic or steel balls then you should grow the fuck up. I mean i completely understand banning bumper stickers that are completely obscene, like pornography or something really graphics. That does not need to be displayed publicly, but a pair of plastic nuts that go on your truck..come on people grow up. I'm going to go get a pair of chrome truck balls just because of this today and throw it on my F150. I hope this lady wins the case, that is just shameful.

I live in Kansas, I see truck-balls on a regular basis. It's not illegal and it shouldn't be, there's no reason for it to be. If you want to go around complaining about obscene imagery on vehicles, go after those anti-abortionist vans with the pictures of fetuses. Though I think the main person in my town who drove one got arrested and put in prison for killing a doctor that offered abortions (Dr. Tiller was the doctor, to see the van google anti-abortion van, it's the first image. I'd rather not post it)
