That which is asserted without evidence, can be refuted without evidence. If I say you have an invisible, untouchable, undetectable vagina on your forehead, it'd be pretty safe to say that that is incorrect, even though you cannot prove it.
yep
Nevermind, McSanchez had to have the last word, and I'm not going to let him have it, yet.
You're right, there is a difference, the evidence for mine are beyond your willingness to understand, because if I said 'We're here.' You'd just post a link to someone else's work about a unproven theory.
You have no evidence for your point.
You ignored my point.
So did you.
You need to test these things yourself. I have tested my faith in god more times than I can readily count. Every time I've prayed, something good happened, or something bad didn't happen. I have the proof and have seen it firsthand, and if you say I'm lying when I'm talking about my own experiences, then you'll be doing nothing but being rude and closed minded. You can't pick and choose examples when your dealing with everything.

The debate on whether God exists is still a non-valid one. There is no valid evidence to prove or disprove God. People that present evidence that says 'God doesn't exist' can be retorted by the fact that God created that piece of evidence as a test of will etc. If a religious person presents evidence in favor of God, there will always be some sort of logical explanation.

why do you idiots not understand?
there has been no proof of a god at all, but there is a myriad of proof against it's existence.

God dammit. Ignorance at its finest. Instead addressing the points you just insult it.
Facts cannot be biased.

What you concider fact in that video was written by a human, an athiest, no doubt. I cannot accept the words of an athiest as Gray until I see that it can be accepted by both parties.
You claim that this is Gray(neutral) against Black(Wrong), when infact the issue is Red(opinion 1) against Blue(opinion 2). If there were indeed a completely neutral side in this argument, the only member of it would be billeh. Neutrals do not confirm or deny anything, they would never say that god doesn't exist or that Charles Darwin was wrong.
You have assaulted my beliefs with every post I have seen, I can find that 2 of my posts were derogatory toward atheism.
And I'm tired of arguing, Doriol.

So you refuse to listen to people with different opinions BECAUSE they have different opinions? Yup, no ignorance there.
I thought that separation thing was already well known.
That's what I've been taught all these years as a Roman Catholic, they taught us that everything was already there, but God "organized" it all.
So you refuse to listen to people with different opinions BECAUSE they have different opinions? Yup, no ignorance there.
And I find that your incapacity to accept god is ignorance, I never said I was neutral.
Tell me how you arn't ignorant of god.

So it's ignorant to not believe things that are asserted with absolutely no evidence to support them?
I am not ignorant of God because you don't even know what ignorant means.
And you still haven't given any evidence for the existence of God.

The Big Bang has no clear evidence and can't be tested.
I have actually worked Genesis and the Big Bang into a single idea.
And I'm done trying to convince you, I'm just defending myself.

My incapacity to accept what someone else believes? What if I don't want to?
So my so called "incapacity" to agree with someone else is a bad thing?
I thought it was freedom or religion.

The best way to defend yourself is to leave now.

There's loads of big bang evidence, such as cosmic background radiation.
And you never even tried to convince me, as you have supplied no evidence for the existence of God.

you're clearly the ignorant one here, you claimed earlier that you dismiss everything that video has to offer simply because he was an atheist
if we all had that sort of thinking, we'd go nowhere
i openly accept suggestions by religious fellows about life, morality and such.. i just don't agree with them on other things

The part I find funny is that atheists want Christians to "stop pushing their beleifs" and yet we have some atheists who tell Christians " Your god is fake, stop beleiving anything or we shall verbally abuse you"
Perhaps we can leave the beleifs of the other side ALONE ?

why should we let ignorance slide?
they should keep their fairy tales to themselves
when i see religion being the basis of laws and shit that actually effect me, it is absolutely infuriating
religion must be attacked when ever it pokes its head out into the public, or in politics, or even in science
and you can't even spell beliefs, anyways we're not saying "STOP BELIEVING IN GOD", we are just questioning the basis for believing in one

Agree 100%.
Religion should be completely separate from law and society. When I see a religious advertisement of any type it infuriates me.
Stop generalizing religion into one huge clump.
Religions like Buddhism and Methodism promote compassion and understanding. Sure, some religions have absolutely no logical foundations, but they promote positive behaviors.
Even then, Buddhism and other religions like it are more like philosophies and are founded upon thousands of years of thinking. Some religions help people find their own way to live happily.
What can be asserted without proof can be dismissed without it.

"I think that that is unjust."
"LEAVE MY BELIEFS ALONE YOU EVIL BIGOT!!!"

I couldn't have said it better.
Doesn't this rely on the original writer being an expert in Hebrew? I mean, it took all this time to figure this out, so surely they could have made a mistake in the first place?

any excuse for ignorance is a bad thing in my book
Buddhism is interesting in that it is not a traditional religion
but Buddhism is not spared from my criticism, people have killed and died in the name of it
there is no use in defending religion, it simply is not a good thing

1.) A persons beliefs don't affect you so why should you care? That’s the argument that people use to support gay marriage right?
2.) Keep your beliefs to yourself along with your high horse attitude.... If you don't want to hear of our religion try showing some tact and just inform the speaker " I don't wish to listen to this right now, please leave me alone? Has anyone taught you how to deal with people?
3.) Who cares? Unless it's something that dictates that you follow said religion or follow some code that could only be useful to said religion why should you care? If the law is based in logic and morality than it doesn’t really matter if it was mentioned in a religion. Judge laws on their value not on where they came from
4.) Nice logic, if it shows itself attack it
A.) So what sort of situation do you mean when you say "Public”?
B.) Discussed politics already
C.) Science is not religion and religion is not science. Look them both up
5.) Oh no, He spelled a word incorrectly when telling me the sky was blue! That means the sky must actually be green!
