• France gives evidence of Chemical weapons use in Syrian war

Some respectable sources like the New York times have reported that the vast majority of the rebels are extremists. It's very hard to verify information like this tough, there aren't a lot of journalists in to country and both the media and the rebels aren't very trustworthy sources; so it's impossible to get a clear view of what's going on in the country. One thing I know for sure is that the top of the Free Syrian coalition ( And thus the free Syrian army ) isn't hardline Islamist and has multiple orthodox Christians in high positions of power. Problem is a lot of opposition forces have shattered and don't really swear allegiance anymore to the FSA; also new opposition groups have arisen, like Al Nusra ( Which is reportedly one of the best organised groups right now ) which are directly allied with Al Quaida instead of the FSA. One thing is for sure: The fighting won't stop for a long time, even when Assad gets removed from power.
Are those the media wardrums i'm hearing off in the distance? It is scary when they all start beating at the same time.. and it is wierd when they defend the turkish dictator Erdogan. Nothing wrong here folks, please move along! just some ordinary mindcontr- news.
I was about to agree but then I read the rest of your post and realised you're one of those conspiracy nutters, ha.
Snap back to reality, because shit is about to hit the fan. History is about to repeat itself.
The hell is this supposed to even mean?

Correct me if I am wrong, but aren't gas masks basically useless against sarin? As far as I know it penetrates skin like butter.
Correct me if I am wrong, but aren't gas masks basically useless against sarin? I'm pretty sure they have received exactly 0 NBC training so I think they can be excused.
Correct me if I am wrong, but aren't gas masks basically useless against sarin? Why are they using gas masks, I thought Sarin gas was absorbed through the skin?
Well, I would rather have an arm blown off and be able to be repaired or fully amputated than to have nerve gas cut off my vital impulses slowly while my eyes and throat burn.
Why are they using gas masks, I thought Sarin gas was absorbed through the skin?
They're uneducated. Wikipedia articles usually include citations so please cite every claim in your post.
Just because they're wearing gas mask doesn't mean they're uneducated or stupid, it's a good precaution regardless. If they're using any sort of chemical weapons I'd rather have a gas mask just in case than not have one at all.
Just putting it out there than the US used chemical weapons against the occupy protestors. Whether you want to take it as an example of the US abusing its power or an overreaction about chemical weapons in syria, thats up to you.

It can be used as a propaganda tool to sway public opinion in favor of your agenda. We have all seen miss-information tactics used before don't act like it's some abstract concept. But I personally think that this might be real. Would have to wait for more information though. It would be a shame to intervene and discover that we supported the wrong people.
Why did we jump on board to help Libya before the terrorists started getting involved but not Syria? Shit's fucked both ways now.
Why did we jump on board to help Libya before the terrorists started getting involved but not Syria?
