70 degrees is hot?
You'd die in Florida. It's always 90-105.
I live in west palm and I can't even think of the last time it broke 100's, or even mid 90's for that matter.
Where are you from?
Southern California. The weather is amazing, it's not nearly as hot as you would imagine.
You have icy cold AC though
It's very uncommon to have it in the UK, so houses get much hotter from lower temperatures.
I live in a city who's temperature ranges from -10F to 110F over the course of a single year in a house with shitty insulation. I make it through summer with nothing but a fan and winter with nothing but electric blankets. Your complaints about temperature are invalid.
A slurpee would go nice in this dry texas 98 degree heat right about now.
Good thing we have 7-11s on like every corner here.
dont get slurpees here :v: but we get slush puppies.......
this looks good
I'm sorry to hear that your 70°F weather is too hot for you.
- From, 106°F in Bahrain w/ 50% humidity.
P.S. My Kuwaiti neighbors average around 120°F.
YES, I'm so fucking glad you said this. Don't look back at what you said, you'll get dumbs, but I assure you almost all of them are from British people who are really self conscious about how weak their bodies are.

Is the UK humid and shit? I guess that makes sense since it's some sort of stupid island.
Just got back from the dentist. Can't enjoy foods for another six hours. :(
Idea: Go to 7/11, get free slurpee, buy steam wallet cards. Kill two birds with one stone!
There are more 7-Elevens in Japan than the US. Kinda funny really, since the brand started in the US.
May or may not take advantage of this. Yeah, it's free, but it is a slurpee....
Picked up mine on my lunch break. Yummy

Considering that the temperature of your area isn't even over your internal temperature, I'd say you don't have much of a problem, you'd acclimatize within days unless you're like, old.

Heres another person that doesnt understand irregular temperatures.
Let's put it this way: It's the same as if it suddenly started snowing there in Bahrain with very low temperatures and people complained that they were cold and there was snow on the driveway.
"Well gee, poor you, did you know there are people who make "mazes" out of snow that's as tall as 2 buses on top of each other? Deal with it"
Oh, and 106ºF? Pffff, we go from 30ºF to 110ºF in a single year over here...
Have you considered the possibility that we're not used to higher temperatures? What's normal for some places isn't always normal for other places.
I don't get why people never remember this. It's like they are trying to act tough.

Your post is bad and you should feel bad.

After 711 launched in Japan, it quickly overtook 711 in the US, so now it's owned by the Japanese.
just got one.
strawberry lemonade.
was good.
It looks like its gonna start pouring rain any second and the closest 7-11 is like 14 blocks from me. A Pina Colada, strawberry lemonade or cherry coke Slurpee would be great now.
There are no 7-11s in Alabama, I shit you not from Huntsville to Mobile I've only seen 1 opened one and another was either a local pizza place or closed down.
I just got mine :D
Total Slurpee Count: 4
Happy 7/11 guys.
Time for me to put on my DiaBeetus hat and find the nearest 7-11
I was in San Diego last year during July 11th and we were driving around and literally if we passed a 7/11 we'd pull into it and all get Slurpees. We got I think 8... each by the end of the day.
We have these things here instead of Slurpees:

I guess it tastes the same
Fuck all of you
As a 7-11 employee i can safely say 7/11 is the worst day of the year
There is constantly 50 people in the store at once, people are spilling slurpee shit everywhere which is hard as fuck to clean up (and its pointless because people just spill more seconds later), people come in with big fucking 40 ounce jugs thinking it's free and when they find out they just dump it on the floor and walk out because theyre assholes and people get REAL mad when we run out of cups.
I'm working midnight shift tonight from 12-7 and I think I'd rather kill myself than go to work tonight its horrible

Try to transfer to a store that's in a less populated area maybe?
Here in Seattle, the downtown 7-Elevens were pretty packed, but I hit up the ones in Queen Anne and they were both nearly abandoned.
Also, RE: these guys
and when they find out they just dump it on the floor and walk out because theyre assholes
Can't you lock the doors and/or call the cops and force them to pay for those when they go all over the floor? Or is there some sort of local law/store policy preventing you from doing that?
[sp]You can tell I don't work at 7-Eleven, this is probably too idealistic[/sp]

There aren't any 7/11's here so I wasn't able to get one. :c
