I wanted to buy more RAM and that nvidia gtx, As my 4gb ram and nvidia gt 430 can run rust well on low end settings but with fps drops
So I'm wondering if the specs above can run Rust without fps drops
Probably on Potato setting, but I doubt it will be enjoyable... I have a Geforce 1070, 16gbs ram SSD hdd, and a I7 6700+ cpu and I get lag spike and hiccups all the time.
I run on beautiful, with around 1300 draw distance, but your rig would have to play on just minimum.

If your game runs with too low of an fps on potato, what I do is I put it to the lowest resolution and play in windowed mode, It doubles your fps
Without frame drops? Definitely not. You should expect around 30FPS stable on the lower-end of the settings. Make sure you put Max Gibs on 0. Nothing like having your computer freeze because something is coming down.
