It was my bad, Ive been around on here for a while as well, Guess I havent payed any attention to your server because I havent seen you on the list till you somehow past me to rank 13.
I made it as high as rank 6. I've slowly stabilized between 10 and 13 for about a week now. No worries, man. I would have appreciated a quick pm if you had any concerns. I do chat with other server admins and we compare notes.

Dont join! just got banned for no reason, admin doesnt relize how much i helped his server.. he abuses he power anyway so im better off leaving
