Hello, today I finally downloaded rust for steam on my mac, (iMac Mid 2011, OSX Mavericks 10.9, 2,5 GHz Intel Core i5, 8 GB 1333 MH, 500 GB SATA) and I can't manage to get the game loading and working. When I downloaded it for the first time, I had problems even launching it, I had a grey screen saying "Fetching load files" or something like that, and it would never load or work, after, I found a fix to that with this " [url]http://support.facepunchstudios.com/kb/articles/11-how-do-i-join-the-dev-branch[/url] " and I could launch and reach the place where I can browse the servers. Once I choose a server, it loads stuff and never actually makes we me play the game, it would be awesome if someone had a solution for this problem, and yes, I have unity player.
Dont think its only mavericks, might not work on lion too

I'm on mountain lion and it works , i thought about this before i switched and glad i havent
So Rust is not compatible with Maverick?
