Yes the nazi symbol is a bad thing and might be horrible to see if you are jewish or have lost a relative to the nazi's but. The isreali flag might be jsut as offensive for a palestinian.
Or even an American flag offensive to a native american. Thats why it is unfair to block some symboles and not others.
Everyone will have to deal with their issues. Be it true dialog or raiding. It should be settled ingame.
