So, the 1-click install works, I just gotta swap out the DLL? Cuz I tried installing the mod manually and it just didn't wanna work.
i did all manually and it works fine for my Server. If u want to look just Connect here: net.connect 46.4.24.213:28075
1.3.2 is out, this is not necessary to download if your server is working fine! there is no door sharing, it just removes the dll file and disables share commands until i do it properly. if your server is having any issues at all, delete your Managed\Assembly-CSharp.dll file and run a steam update to acquire it again.
I installed this mod today, version 1.3. After doing so, everyone in the server experienced an incredible FPS drop so bad that you couldn't move. Additionally, the mod caused people to be unable to open their storage boxes or interact with anything, couldn't open doors, etc.. I uninstalled the mod and things went back to normal. I do not think Rust++ is in a position to be enabled on servers yet. It's terrible.

So how can I delete something that isn't there?

And put decay=false
On my Server is all Fine. Just dont Put dll into Manage folder. All other Commands works. And put decay=false
Putting decay=false would prevent the structures from decaying then, no?

Anyway guys, looking at their trello i believe their staff are all at working pumping out updates, one thing they are working on right now is Combo locks for doors! which means, i won't bother wasting time on door sharing and focus on more important things :)

Do we create the folder since it just opens the folder and won't upload it or what?
When installing mods like this. Do we create the folder since it just opens the folder and won't upload it or what?
Install Leather and DropParty and you will have a mods folder.
Anyone having problems with the commands not working once the files are installed??

Commands enter, but they don't return anything (history, location, starter) Also the rust++_mod seems to be smaller than even 1.2.
Install Leather and DropParty and you will have a mods folder.
Been having trouble with that too. I got Leather installed just fine, but with DropParty every folder just opens. Do I need to create the folder, then upload the individual files to them?

My server runs, but still won't recognize the mods. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.
does it show the command displayed on screen like chat? or it shows no text at all when you write /history etc? if its acting like the mod isnt loaded, try recook your mainData
It's unlike 1.3.1 on an updated server in which the mod simply didn't work without the DLL, which showed you type "/history" in chat for example. Now it doesn't display the entered command, but it also doesn't return anything.
I uploaded all the proper files, and recooked the mainData. Few requests for additional configurations(Most are quite likely client side, but some ideas regardless): - Editable respawn at camp cooldown - Editable weapon speeds/stats (Mostly for a faster rock if this is at all possible, though I suspect it's all client side) - Editable node/tree resource values - Resource respawn rates - Radiation damage threshold - Hunger decrease rate - Cold debuff values - Injuries duration - Decay rates as opposed to on/off - Disabling being speedhack kicked for teleporting as admin - Grouping of players, possibly with friendly fire configurations for raiding parties - Configurable respawn kits for winning server contests/donations (ie: donating $5 to always respawn with a metal hatchet/win a last man standing to always respawn with a pistol) - Cooking rates for cloth/ore/food - Setting default spawn points for groups/new players (IE: Newbies to the server always spawn near everest, group 1 always spawns near their base at the hangar)
donated! thanks for this so much!
Do you have to hav e dropparty for rust ++. Also i m having problems with chests.
I don't believe you do, but I'm not sure. I've been having problems for a few days. Everything is in the proper place, but won't load. HFB's 1-click install is broken too.
the problem is the one click install for HFBServers replaces the DLL in the managed folder. If it does this... "e" will be broken in game. DO NOT replace any DLL's and your server will run fine.

Uploading and installing manually didn't work.
Followed everything to tee. Server only works with everything back to normal. No Rust++ for now. Back to Essentials..

You don't need to touch any DLL's anymore! delete whatever Assembly-CSharp version you have, steam update so it gets the normal one and leave it alone!
Looking at my folders, I don't even have an Assembly-CSharp.dll. I steam-updated and everything, and I just don't see it.
Same now server crashes on start up Oh noes !
